We are looking for a full-time Spanish-speaking nanny in Olympia (near South Bay) for our 8-month-old starting late August!
Rate: $20/hour (DOE), paid every other Friday
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-3:30pm, at least 40 hrs/week guaranteed
Start date: August 24, 2026 (but we would like to do a test run a couple weeks before, just to make sure it's the right fit)
The job: We are looking for a reliable, long-term nanny in our home for our 8-month-old son. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm but may occasionally change with advance notice. My husband and I both work from home and will be in the house most of the time, as will our two dogs and three cats. Responsibilities include supervision and care of a happy and healthy baby boy, bottles/meal/snack preparation for baby, age-appropriate play and activities, light cleaning related specifically to baby (cleaning bottles, for example), and daily check-ins with us about baby’s day.
Qualifications:
Experienced caring for infants, including age-appropriate play (we do not allow screen time for baby yet), diapering, and feeding/weaning Infant CPR and first aid certified or willing to become certified (we will pay) Comfortable with animals (you do not need to care for the animals, but they will be around) Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) At least two recent references Background check preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred Non-smoking
Benefits:
