Looking for full time experienced nanny for 2 year old and 3 month old

Hello! I am on the search for a nanny to help with my 2 boys as I head back to work next month. My husband and I have a somewhat hectic schedule that regular daycare simply doesn’t accommodate. We both work shift work and my husband is currently working night shift while I will be returning to a day schedule. If that isn’t hectic enough we also work a Panama style schedule so we will work for 5 days, off for 4, work for 3, off for 2 and then repeat - which equates to us working every other weekend. Fortunately we do work opposite sides of the week so we only need help on the days that I will be working from the hours of 10am - 5pm to start.

Our boys. We have a very curious, energetic and loving 2 year old that currently attends daycare 3 days/week which we are hoping to remove him from. He loves playing outside and running around the house, he is content playing by himself but also loves being read to and rough housing. We do very limited screen time with him and try to do at least one outdoor activity during the day (weather permitting). Our 3 month old is an absolute sweetheart and loves being held. He hasn’t spent much time away from mom or dad but takes a bottle like a champ. We also (try) to do no screen time with him. We are looking for someone that has experience and confidence taking care of multiple children of various ages.

Last to note. We do have 2 largish dogs. They are extremely friendly and you would not have to care for them whatsoever, we just need someone that is comfortable with having dogs in the house.

Looking for a Reliable Go-To Babysitter for Our 18-Month-Old

We’re looking for a reliable, caring, and dependable occasional babysitter for our 18-month-old daughter in the Battle Creek area.

This would be an as-needed/occasional position, rather than a set weekly schedule. Our childcare needs will vary depending on appointments, events, date nights, errands, and other occasions, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible schedule and would be interested in being a go-to sitter for our family.

Our daughter is 18 months old and is sweet, playful, and active. We’re looking for someone comfortable caring for a toddler, keeping her engaged with age-appropriate play and activities, preparing simple meals/snacks as needed, and following her usual routines.

We also have a dog, so you must be comfortable around dogs. We would want to introduce you to our dog ahead of the first time you babysit so everyone can get comfortable and make sure it’s a good fit. He is a medium-sized dog who has a loud bark, but he is not aggressive at all; he just needs to get comfortable with you.

We’re hoping to find someone who is:

Caring, patient, and attentive with toddlers
Dependable and responsible
Comfortable with an occasional, variable schedule
Comfortable around dogs
Willing to engage in play and activities rather than relying heavily on screens
Communicative and comfortable keeping us updated while we’re away

Prior childcare experience is preferred, especially with toddlers, but we’re open to the right person who is responsible, caring, and a good fit for our family.

We’d love to find someone we can get to know and eventually feel comfortable calling whenever we need occasional childcare!
