I love being a babysitter and have been watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids (including twins!) since I was 15 years old.
My responsibilities have included but are not limited to the following: -Resolving conflicts between children using effective communication techniques that foster empathy and respect among peers. -Develop strong rapport with parents, communicating daily updates on their children''s progress and needs. -Manage household tasks such as laundry, light cleaning, and meal preparation to ensure a smooth-running home environment for the family. -Manage the transportation of children to and from various summer camps, extracurricular activities, and appointments as needed. -Develop and maintain a daily schedule that balanced both structured activities and free playtime for children under my care. -Attend to the children's physical needs, including dressing, diapering, feeding and potty training.
