Babysitter

Hi, my name is Josie and I’m 16 nearly 17 years old. I am based in the Harrowgate Farm area of Darlington and have been working with children for about a year now which I love! I have a job at a place called Diddikicks (which is working with children from 18months to 5 years old) so, I therefore have a DBS check which is on the update service and my first aid training is in progress. I really would love to have a job working with children when I’m older and after my work experience in a primary school I just know I want to be a teacher! I’m a really family-orientated person and have looked after family friend’s children in the past. I have many hobbies including going to the gym and playing netball for my college. I also love to read books 📚 I am a good communicator, hard working and conscientious!

I have had work experience in a primary school and would love to be a teacher when I’m older. I am also currently at a 6th form college studying Psychology, English Language and Health & Social Care after achieving my GCSE’s and I hope to achieve well in these subjects as so far I am enjoying them. Also I have experience in babysitting as I have looked after family friend’s children in the past.
