I am a dedicated and bubbly person with a passion to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children of all ages. I take my responsibilities seriously and parents can trust that their children are in capable hands. I also believe that babysitting isn’t just about supervision but also creating a fun and engaging experience for kids. My bubbly personality also helps me to connect easily with children. I also speak English and Romanian Fluently, as well as French at an Intermediate level. I have also just finished my A-levels in French, Psychology and Criminology. Criminology has helped me with Safety Awareness and Problem Solving skills, French has helped me with cultural exposure and Psychology is the perfect subject suitable for becoming a babysitter that has helped me with learning about Child Development Knowledge, Behaviour Management and Emotional support. Therefore, I’d be the perfect candidate with my studies and personality to start a career in babysitting.
I have had quite a lot of informal experience from raising my little brother, who is 5 years younger than me, to even neighbours’ kids. I have also taken part in some work experience that was needed for University, one of which was a program called Oppidan, which consists of helping year 7 students to flourish in school. I have developed many skills through this, such as increased confidence as well as being able to be patient, but have also been able to help them through this too. The two children that were assigned to me were incredible and so lovely, and I am so glad that I was able to help them to be more confident and help them with whatever they were struggling with, that made it just a bit harder to properly fit in and integrate in such a large secondary school. Also, because I have been growing up and surrounded by children like siblings and cousins, I genuinely love kids and love being around them.
