During the past few years, I have spent a lot of time working in various forms of childcare. I have paid experience with both independent babysitting from ages 3 months to 10 years, as well as teaching private ukulele and guitar lessons to children around 5-10. I also have volunteer experience working with vulnerable and often sick newborns in a hospital NICU, being responsible for feedings, supervision, and consoling infants. Lastly, I spent time volunteering in a 6th grade classroom to help students with their English and Spanish literacy.
