Hello! My name is Draya Fletcher. I am Junior at Palisade High school, I am involved in Student council and an advanced leadership Pathway program. I am a caring responsible and patient person when it comes to taking care of little ones. Though this will be my first time doing advanced baby sitting I will work extremely hard to do my job well. I love being creative and having fun listening to music, cooking fun meals or even going on little nature walks! being safe is the my #1 top priority! I am patient and attentive, willing to learn and create a bond between me and the kiddos. I am serious about following all intrusions and rules that parents have set up for me and their child/ren. I can help with snacks, meals, homework, quality time, chores, and making kids feel comfortable and well cared for. My goal is to create a fun yet safe space where we can have fun and bond together! I will have a list of questions and possible allergies Kids might have so i know the do's and don't's!

I am a 16 year old Junior at Palisade High school. I am currently involved in Student Council. I am in a Leadership program in Palisade High school where I expand my leadership qualities skills/ During the school year I will be interning Through Aba Company to help kids that are in the juvenile center! I have not yet received any medical training, but will be fully open to due so!
