Hello! I was an art teacher for 6 years k-8. I recently taking a break and trying other routes of careers including starting my art business. Being a creative role model for kids is my jam.
Hello I am Josephine Hongsermeier, but you all can just call me Josie. I am a senior at GCU and will be graduating in the spring of 2025. I am the middle child of three and come from a pretty large family. I am someone who is close to my family and loves spending time with them. I also enjoy hanging out and playing with my younger family members, as I am in that awkward gap of time where none of my aunts, cousins, or uncles had kids. Nonetheless, it still gave me an opportunity to enjoy watching my younger family grow up and become the people they are now. I truly love kids and hope that one day I'll have a few of my own! I hope to meet some of y'all real soon, and please, if you ever have questions, you are more than welcome to reach out and ask.
I'm looking for Casual/temporary, Part-time employment.
I can travel to surrounding suburbs/towns of Phoenix for work.

While I do not have physical copies of my credentials, I come from a large family where I tend to take care of my younger cousins. Most of the time at family functions, I am the person to watch and play with them just to make sure that they stay out of trouble. I worked at a sports gym in the daycare center for three years, and also took part in their summer camp. We did training for the camp so that we all knew the ins and outs of every situation that could arise and how to deal with it in the safest way. While taking care of these children, I had a few parents ask if I would babysit for them on the side. I make sure to create a strong relationship with the parents, just so that they know that they can trust me and that I will have the child's best interests at heart. I am a senior at GCU majoring in psychology and heading towards a masters program in forensic psychology. While I will not be dealing with children within my masters and future schooling, I still just love children and to see them happy and having fun.
