I have an associate's degree in child development and nutrition. I have been to kindergarten teacher for 2 years at a Montessori School in Austin I had a home daycare in my home for 15 years I have been a an assistant director in a large daycare center I have taken care of children from the ages of birth to kindergarten in my home and also after school sitting with their siblings. I I also cooked in a daycare center for 145 kids and 12 teachers I really have a lot of experience ! I'm 64 years old and physically fit and able to perform all duties related to taking care of kids such as lifting and carrying them easily. I can give personal references (other things that you might want can be rounded up however it's been so long since I've had to it would really be time consuming for me to dig up though. )I have nothing to hide ! I really love children and my references speak for themselves! I wouldn't mind a background check. I have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren ! I've work at mother's Day out programs I've worked in church nurseries I started babysitting 51 years ago when I was 13. I love children I am so good with children I call myself a baby whisperer I haven't met a baby /child yet that doesn't like me!
