I am the oldest of all my cousins, siblings, and family friends, so growing up I have always taken that role of a caretaker to the younger people in my life. I have always had pets growing up and I absolutely adore animals, I'll always stop someone on the street to pet their dog. I started babysitting and pet sitting for family and family friends when I was 11, then when I was around 13 I expanded my clientele and started doing that sort of work for friends of friends, or family's co-workers kids, etc. The summer going into my freshman year of high school I worked at a summer camp with kids preschool aged all the way up to late middle school aged and I loved it. During my time there I prepared meals, ran games and activities for the campers, spent time with them doing reading and math work, and taking them on outings.
I graduated high school in May 2026 from the Grand Rapids Public Museum High School with a 4.13 gpa. I was a student athlete, so I played volleyball and softball all four years and absolutely loved it. During my time in sports I gained a lot of experience working with kids through volunteering for different camps, clinics, and tournaments. So I got to coach, referee, and work closely with elementary and middle school aged kids to get them excited about athletics and make it an overall good experience.
