Hello, my name is Quacey Gayle. I am currently 18 years old and will turn 19 in May 2026. The reason I want to work in this field is because I have past experience caring for children, and I also have two younger sisters that I have had to take care of consistently. In 2021, I worked at My Little Palace Day Care in New York for about one year. That experience gave me the understanding I needed of what it’s like to care for multiple children at once. I genuinely enjoyed working there because I love teaching children new things and helping them grow. Speaking of teaching, I am currently enrolled at the University of Mount Saint Vincent, where I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Education. My major is English, and my minor is Communication. Helping others is one of my strongest qualities, and doing whatever I can to support a family or individual will be my top priority in this role.
