I am a responsible, caring and reliable 17 year old with experience working with children in both a primary school and through previous babysitting. I am currently studying A Levels in Fine Art and English Literature, alongside Health and Social Care, which have helped me develop strong communication skills, creativity and an understanding of children’s development and wellbeing. I enjoy creating fun, engaging activities, helping with homework, reading and revision, and providing a safe, positive environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
I also have experience caring for pets, having owned two cats and a dog, so I’m happy to help with pet sitting and caring for family pets as part of my role if needed. In addition, I can help with caring for coily and textured hair, including braids and other protective styles, which can be especially helpful for families with Black children or children of colour. I always take a gentle, patient approach to make sure children feel comfortable and cared for.
