I have a fascination for childhood education including first aids training with a specialization in first years obtained during 6y at Peru and Spain in Emilia Barcia Boniffatti and Intermunicipal del Penedes Schools.
Over these 5 years I've worked with childrens from 4 months to 3yo, being part of their development and the obtainence of the walking and communication skills and potty training.
As a babysitter I work for love and kindness towards children putting them as a first priority.
I use to engage with children treating them with respect and authonomy considering their necessities and nature working with parents as a team.
I prefer to use strategies from different education authors as Montessori, Waldorf, Aucouturier and knowledge from different psychologist authors as Skinner, Piaget, Bandura and Vigotsky- as authonomy, daily tasks and home participation, symbolic game, behavioral charts, observation and imitation -all considering the children's necessities.
I also love spending time with children to be more than a sitter, but part of the family so is natural for them being under my supervision.
I am a 22 year old female and I am always at home. I have an 1 year old daughter that I take very good care of and I know I will be able to take care of another child just the same. Since I have this much time on my hands I am willing to help another mother or father with their child for at least $19 hour. We can look into this price if need be.
