Over these 5 years I've worked with childrens from 4 months to 3yo, being part of their development and the obtainence of the walking and communication skills and potty training.
As a babysitter I work for love and kindness towards children putting them as a first priority.
I use to engage with children treating them with respect and authonomy considering their necessities and nature working with parents as a team.
I prefer to use strategies from different education authors as Montessori, Waldorf, Aucouturier and knowledge from different psychologist authors as Skinner, Piaget, Bandura and Vigotsky- as authonomy, daily tasks and home participation, symbolic game, behavioral charts, observation and imitation -all considering the children's necessities.
I also love spending time with children to be more than a sitter, but part of the family so is natural for them being under my supervision.
