My first experience in babysitting was when I was a teenager. I started watching my neice when she was around 5 months. Taking care of her was, and still is the most rewarding thing I've ever done. She's 10 now and I've been lucky enough to be with her for every milestone and learned a lot over the years. That has definitely aided me in my other babysitting jobs.
