Babysitter / Nanny for shift-working Parents required ASAP

Husband and Wife have shift-work employment and therefore hours are chaotic. We need childcare for 2 girls, ages 2 and 8 from 5am to 6pm (about 13hours in total, per day shift and 5am-630am + 5pm-630pm on short shifts). Hours vary per week. Person MUST have their own means of transportation to and from our residence. During the day, your responsible to watch over the 2 year old, who has started potty-training. For the 8 year old, Before School and After school is required. We have dogs. English is our primary language and we are all trying to learn French.
