Hello there! I’m Nicole! I’m a patient, empathetic, and creative caregiver with 2 years of hands on experience caring for kids ages 3 to 14. I truly love creating a supportive environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and free to just be themselves.

My Approach to Childcare: Over the past two years I’ve learned so much about child development, how kids process feelings, and the importance of adapting to each child's personality. I believe the best learning happens when kids are having fun
Why I love this work: I actually got into childcare to understand kids better and get ready to be a mom one day. Working with families has taught me so much it’s made me so much more patient and empathetic with both kids and parents
Childcare has its tricky moments and is challenging but it’s so worth it. I love chatting with kids, hearing their funny questions, and seeing their wild imaginations in action (where else do you get asked your favorite ice cream and end up in an intense debate over which flavor is truly the best?). Every kid is different, so I just adapt to their personality.
Outside of childcare, I enjoy video games, anime, Star Wars, LEGO, Pokémon, and arts and craft, all of which turn out to be fantastic ways to bond with kids
I am 100% comfortable with animals, I have pets and also the families I've help to care for had all kinds of pets dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, lizards, hamsters...
