I am 17 years old, and I am currently studying 3 A levels in year 12 at sixth form.
I have 3+ years experience working with children, I have helped every other week in my church’s Sunday school working with ages ranging from pre-school to year 6. I have shown leadership skills and taught the children, whilst developing friendships with them too!
I also help every year at a summer camp for primary school children where I help lead a group, conduct activities and care for the children.
Recently, I completed a week of work experience at my primary school with a class of reception children who saw me as an authority figure but we also had fun together!
I am also part of a mentoring scheme at school, which involves meeting with a year 7 girl every week to help and mentor her; giving her advice and supporting her.
